ColReorder doesn't work after row removal

ColReorder doesn't work after row removal

Hello,

I think I found a bug. If one or multiple rows are deleted using the remove function, the ColReorder plugin no longer works.

This issue is easily reproduced. Test case: https://live.datatables.net/wotecudo/1/edit?html,js,console,output
