Error in fixedColumns.

Error in fixedColumns.

Hi

We have a table using the rowspan and colspan attributes in the first row of the header.
To hide columns use buttons.colVis
We fix the first and last column using fixedColumns.
When hiding columns that are in a group with the colspan attribute, we get an error in fixedColumns.
